Vívolo Specialty Colombian Coffee

In the mountains of Inzá, Cauca, between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level, a refined expression of origin is born. Through the work of coffee grower Neftalí Fajardo at El Pedregal farm, a Pink Bourbon variety reaches its fullest expression through a washed process with 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation. Roasted to a medium profile (Agtron 51–60) to highlight its complexity and balance, this coffee was evaluated under Specialty Coffee Association protocols, achieving a score of 86.50 points.
